Renovation of an office building – at Leeflang Architectuur – 2020 completed

Design of a net-zero energy office building, with an inviting entrance with biobased materials.

The assignment was to renovate an existing office building. The company is growing, they need more work places and want the building to be representative for its clients. We have designed the entrance with the wooden door and glass facade. For this detail drawing were made and discussed with manufacturers and with the client. Next to this we worked on the interior plan and the colors and materials like dark colors combined with biobased clay plaster for a sustainable and high quality appearance.
