Housing renovation, Leiden – Studio Jet Tillmann – 2020
The existing building has a lot of qualities and potential. The new ceramic façade gives the house a robust appearance. The natural material fits well with the new garden around the building. The new fluorplan makes the areas spaclous and bright and it stimulates a flexible use.
