Housing renovation, Leiden – Studio Jet Tillmann – 2020
The existing building has a lot of qualities and potential. The new ceramic façade gives the house a robust appearance. The natural material fits well with the new garden surrounding the building. The new floorplan makes the areas spacious and bright and it stimulates a flexible use.
